Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Houhang, operated by FUMOT TECH LIMITED. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment clears (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email, then a second email with a tracking number when the parcel ships.
Carriers and transit times
We ship with recognised UK and international carriers. Typical transit after dispatch: 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom; 7–18 business days for most international destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add time.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on destination and package weight. Duties, VAT, and import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout total expressly includes them.
Addresses
Provide a complete, deliverable address and a reachable phone number for the carrier. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge the return postage before reshipping or refunding the merchandise.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking stops, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@other-land.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the packaging and product. We will open a carrier investigation and, where the claim is accepted, send a replacement or refund.
Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to some territories because of carrier or customs limits. If that applies after you order, we will refund you in full.
