Sanctions and restricted-party statement
FUMOT TECH LIMITED complies with applicable sanctions, export-control, and restricted-party laws, including those administered by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations, and the United States.
We will not accept, process, or ship orders where doing so would breach those rules. This includes sales to sanctioned countries or territories, and sales to individuals or organisations on a sanctions or denied-party list.
Restricted destinations
We do not sell to, or arrange delivery into, countries, regions, or territories that are comprehensively sanctioned at the time of order. The list of restricted destinations can change as official sanctions programmes are updated. If an order cannot be fulfilled for this reason, we will cancel it and refund any amount already captured.
Restricted parties
We do not deal with persons, entities, or vessels named on applicable sanctions or denied-party lists, including (without limitation) the UK OFSI consolidated list, the EU consolidated financial sanctions list, and the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
Customer confirmation
By placing an order you confirm that:
You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory.
You are not a sanctioned or denied party, and you are not owned or controlled by, or acting for, a sanctioned or denied party.
The goods will not be diverted, re-exported, or otherwise supplied to a sanctioned destination or restricted party.
Screening and refusal
We may screen names, addresses, and payment details against restricted-party lists. We may refuse, delay, or cancel an order where screening, payment, or shipping information indicates a sanctions risk. We are not obliged to complete a sale that would put FUMOT TECH LIMITED in breach of law.
