This Refunds & Returns Policy is issued by FUMOT TECH LIMITED. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
30-day return window
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn (other than a brief fitting), with original tags and packaging. Underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, except where the item is faulty.
How to start a return
Email support@other-land.net with your order number, the items to return, and the reason. We will send a return authorisation and the address to use. Do not send goods back without that confirmation.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, mis-described, or we sent the wrong size/colour, we cover reasonable return postage. If you change your mind, return shipping is your cost. We recommend a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
Refunds
After we inspect the return, we refund the merchandise price to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of warehouse intake. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect. Payment-processor timelines may add a few days before the amount appears on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the size or colour you want, subject to stock.
Damaged or incorrect items
Photograph the parcel and the product on arrival and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund once we confirm the issue.
Sale items
Marked sale items follow the same 30-day unused-item rule unless the product page states a final-sale exception in clear language before purchase.
