These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases from the Houhang online store operated by FUMOT TECH LIMITED. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 21 August 2026.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for activity under that account.
Products and pricing
Product photos, descriptions, and sizes are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from screen to fabric. Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and include the listed item price before shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock issues, or force majeure, and will refund any amount already captured.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods we display. Title to goods passes when we receive payment in full; risk of loss passes when the carrier collects the parcel, except where consumer law says otherwise.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or the carrier are outside our direct control; we will still help you trace the parcel.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Refunds & Returns Policy. Unworn items in original condition may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
The Houhang name, site design, and product imagery belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the catalogue for resale or scrape the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
